Every time I go through the drive thru here I ask for extra sauce on my sandwich and they never do it. That’s not a complicated request… just put extra sauce what is so hard about that.

Everytime I give this location another chance Im reminded why I don't come here.
Old stale bread, wilted vegetables, uneven proportions, slow careless service, burned meatballs that taste like theyve been sitting for days. Im not coming back.

Very upset. Very disappointed, and concerned. I’m looking at my receipt for the “served by : 7928 “ sandwich maker, for Subway in Las Vegas on Pecos and Patrick Rd. who I kindly told them how I’d like my sandwich made. I walked in at 9:00pm looked her and smiled, nothing more than just showing respect. She works there and didn’t even smile back! I guess her phone texting was more important because then she told me to hold on for 7 seconds. But that’s normal, not being attentive to customers and being on your phone at your job site is normal in todays world? Fianlly after she asked what I wanted and so I told her the B.M.T. Please and when she asked on the “Ultimate B.M.T. “ for toppings. I actually had to verbally ask her to add more lettuce on the sandwich bread because if she didn’t then I basically would just be eating the bread scattered with a just few pieces of chopped leafs of lettuce 🥬 very sad, and unfortunate that we live in a world where people don’t have your best interest, a generous heart towards a customer or see you in a way where they see themselves being unwilling to want to carry out a genuine , meaningful and decent experience in an effort to make whatever you do matter and leave a positive impression on people. That’s not it, she literally gave me 5, 5 tiny little pieces of chopped black olives 🫒 when I asked her if I could please get a little more than that she told me “no that would be breaking the rules”. EVEN WHEN I STATED THAT I WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA BLACK OLIVES. something is very wrong with the people in this Country. This person should be re-trailed on how to actually make a proper sandwich if not fired. Her gangster “rap” music in the back of the store wasn’t appealing much so either, since it was interfering with the stores general public’s enjoyment , easy listening music. I should of walked out when she said that she couldn’t add more toppings because what’s a $17.10 foot long supposed to look like to you? Let me ask you this, when you go to your favorite restaurant and tell them how you want it exactly how you describe, do you imagine in your mind - skimpy and without decency or was that just how I was treated. I will be calling corporate in due time to find how who this person is to Subway. - Tommy
