- CRChad RodickOct 6, 20251.0Visited 10/6/25 at 4:50am. The young guy (Asian with long hair) working had HEADPHONES IN and made me repeat my order (Footlong All American Club) FOUR times. He kept putting his hand to his ear like he couldn’t hear me - well yeah, take the headphones out! When I asked for provolone, he didn’t say a word, just pointed to show they were out. No verbal communication whatsoever, just hand gestures. He looked annoyed I was even there. This employee needs serious retraining. It’s basic customer service: no headphones on the floor, use your words, and don’t act bothered by customers. Management - please address this.
