The food looked delicious, everything was made very fast, and Paris is an incredibly hard worker and it shows. Thank you both for giving me a great experience. I will be back here to this location specifically because of their motivation to go above and beyond for their customers.

I asked for two types of mustards, and they paid no attention to the order and slathered mayonnaise on the sandwich. It was so messy that it was literally oozing with mayonnaise and yellow mustard, I’ve never seen a sub prepared so poorly. I had to toss it in the trash, along with the cookies that were stale and hard. Since this was a delivery order, I called the store to ask for a refund. The employee that I spoke with tried to deny that the order was wrong without reviewing the original order ticket. I had to be persistent just to receive a refund, until she admitted the discrepancy.
