Steaks were amazing as was the Cesar salad and the sides. We shared asparagus and each got a baked potato. Delish!!! Christian was an amazing server. Super attentive and helpful with tips on sightseeing. The cherry on top we wanted to try the baked Alaska dessert but we were just too full. Christian knowing it was our anniversary brought it out anyway and did a table side flambé. Awesome!! We will be back!!

Quite a delicious meal! The crust on the ribeye was superb and cooked perfectly. The gnocchi was crazy decadent and could easily be an entree. If you want the perfect fall drink, definitely would recommend the blowin smoke.

If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers pure quality and an unforgettable dining experience, this place is it. The steak was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, cooked exactly to temperature, and incredibly tender. The herb butter melting on top took every bite to another level, and the roasted garlic on the side was a great touch.
The atmosphere is classy, calm, and perfect for a special dinner or business meal. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and everything from the appetizers to the drinks came out with great timing.
The menu offers a strong selection of cuts, but the filet I had was next-level. Rich flavor, perfect crust, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.
Highly recommend this steakhouse if you want great food, great service, and a great overall dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

On a recent trip to Las Vegas we stayed at Planet Hollywood. We went looking for a steak dinner and found this place right under our nose. We hadn't made a reservation and had no issue getting a table for two a little later in the evening.
The decor of the place is described in other reviews, so I'll just say that we really liked the atmosphere created by the color scheme and custom wallpaper.
While they do seem to have some appetizers that look good we opted to skip them to leave room for the main course. They did bring out fresh, warm bread and butter that was enjoyable while waiting on the entrees. The basket had a few types of bread including a cheese crusted, blueberry, and pretzel offering.
For dinner I ordered an off menu special which was a 14 oz (I think) dry aged, black pepper encrusted boneless ribeye. I prefer my steaks to be medium, and had the chimichurri sauce as an accompaniment along with the Strip House potatoes as a side.
The marbling on the steak couldn't have been better, and the medium temp was perfect. The pepper crust added great flavor to the steak. The chimichurri was a disappointment and didn't go well with the steak, but the steak stood on its own with not a single morsel left on the plate.
The strip house potatoes are great and highly recommended. They are described on the menu as twice baked potato gratin, so I don't know what all was cooked into them but they were delicious. It is a large portion.
My friend ordered the 8oz filet with the blue cheese crust, and a side of broccoli. He was extremely satisfied with his meal although he commented about the portion size being so big that he hadn't eaten that much broccoli all year.
The thing about dining in Vegas is that there are an overwhelming number of options. The next night we were being indecisive, and then ultimately came to the conclusion that we liked Strip House so much we went back for round two. On the second trip we confirmed that their food and service are consistent.
I had the dry aged ribeye again, but this time with the bearnaise sauce which complemented the black pepper crust incredibly well. My friend got the dry aged ribeye with the blue cheese crust, and said he liked it better than the filet. We shared the strip house potatoes and drunken mushrooms, which were both really good sides.
Overall, this is a spot I will revisit anytime I'm in Las Vegas or New York. Hopefully the NY locations are as good as Vegas, which I imagine they are since Landry's bought out this chain several years back from what I understand. We were told Landry's only kept the Vegas and two NY locations, and the rest were rebranded by someone else.
If you want a great steak, service that matches the price point, and a great atmosphere then a visit to Strip House is a no brainer.
