I called and spoke with Melissa about the issue and she couldn’t care less and was dismissive. She didn’t offer any alternative other than “I’m sorry I don’t know what else I can do for you.” For someone like me who loves and drinks matcha daily, I truly regret coming here. Probably the worst Starbucks location ever. Melissa needs to be trained in customer service.
