Who can beat picking up your food in your car? I do love in ordering online and picking up my food. The servers that are there after 3:30 or always friendly and cordial when they bring out your food. Most of time I get my food promptly. I think the times that I have to wait is usually because there are app issues. The food is always hot. The drinks are always cold. I have no complaints when ordering food from here.

On 1/16/2026 we had waited in drive thru line for 20 min. When it was our turn to order they indicated us to hold for a second. We waited 5 min just to be directed to a stall. Her reason was they couldn’t serve us at the drive thru. They need to get this location under control. If you have a drive thru it’s for a reason. If I wanted to park and wait for my food then I would have done just that and not got in a drive thru line. I would have left if was not for my daughter. I will never come back here again. I rather drive 15 more than wait more than 40 min for 2 drinks. Disappointed!!!

I’m very disturbed by how my husband and I were treated in your drive thru in north Las Vegas location the gentleman Keshawn taking our order was rude. Yelling at us rushing us not even really listening to the order being placed. He kept cutting my husband off in the middle of the order so he had to keep repeating himself to Keshawn when my husband ended his order we were left waiting for confirmation to be able to proceed the window after about 6 minutes Keshawn steps out of the building to yell at us to ask if we were done with our order. I’m sorry but if you hate your job that much that’s your problem. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 20 years and I know what it’s like to deal with rude guests. But if you as the worker start the day initial greet like that?? No way will you ever enjoy working anywhere that deals with guest interaction.
