    They do not get your order right who ever was taking order on 12/29/25 don’t need to be on drive thru got my whole order wrong do not come here the fries taste old

    I had to give one star for service. I received corporate coupons from Sonic because they messed up my order on a previous visit. I tried to use the coupons at the drive-thru and I was told that they don't accept any online orders after midnight but the store doesn't close until 2:00 a.m. I said well how do I redeem this she said "I don't know what to tell you. Order tomorrow before midnight". So I went online to the 24-hour location that's further away from my house and they're not taking any online orders either so I guess if you have coupons or anything or want a deal that's listed online you're at kind of out of luck unless you order it before midnight.
