This place is a hit and miss, the staff sometimes are good sometimes bad. But the customer service is non-existent. They really don't know how to care for the customer.
Wish they would retrain their staff and really teach them good customer service, even if the food sucks, customer service is still a quality that can raise the visit to their restaurant.

I had an issue at this location with not receiving the correct amount for my side. I would just like to say Andrew the server was so amazing and kind and helpful. He was NOT at fault for the issue. The real problem was the general manager Dana. When I spoke to her she kept speaking over me and was rude and made it seem like it was a small issue and that she didn't really care. I don't care how small the issue was, if I spent my money then I want what I want and if I don't get it I want my money back. Not a coupon for a small side. I would have been more willing to let it go if she wasn't so rude! But once again thank you to Andrew for being so kind and helpful! He should be the manager instead!

If the food is the same as the service I would think its not very good
