Andy went above and beyond to help us, handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, and made sure we were taken care of despite the circumstances being out of his control. It’s rare to see this level of genuine care for customers. Andy truly turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. We will absolutely be ordering again because of him. Thank you for the excellent service!

When I place an order on my phone for a specific time and leave work to go grab it, I get a text saying my order was cancelled and to call, strange. I call and they said they don't know what happened, and then the next day my credit card is debited back. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks. Fix your app or your system, whichever is broken.

I tell you what, this is the best burger I've ever had in my life and I mean that. I came in Christmas Eve around 5:00 can I tell you that cook can throw down. Every bite of my burger has been amazing and I'm serious. The rest of the staff was also amazing punctual and very polite. I'm literally doing this review as I'm eating my food. Smashburger was on the top of my list now and the one on Eastern and 215 is the best... I truly feel like my burger was cooked with love!!! Happy holidays
