Our server, Amy, was wonderful, and the food was fantastic. Overall, the dinner was the perfect way to cap off a weekend celebrating my wife's birthday with family and friends.

Beautiful dining room, excellent food and great service! Have eaten at many high end establishments. The veal was of the best I ever had! A memorable fine dining experience. One of the better Vegas dining options. Highly recommend dining here.

Delicious food and impeccable service. I had the veal parmessan with a side of pasta and a salad. The portions are huge and I could only eat half of it. I also had the sorbet for dessert and the raspberry flavor hit the spot. My favorite part of dinner was the cute bench they brought out for my purse. They think of every little detail.

I've been coming since you all opened. While I am not Vegas local, I am local to the state and I travel in a few times a year just to enjoy Vegas dining, and I always stay at the Encore. Not a gambler, literally always here for the food experiences and concerts. For years, I have ordered half portions of the agnolotti along with other items. We were a party of two, no alcohol (which seemed to bother the server) and spent $450 on food, alone--for TWO. We also asked for a side of the mushrooms that were paired with another dish, she refused. Didn't even ask, same with the half portion of the pasta--didn't even ask. Offered us spaghetti, instead. What a joke to even compare, if you've ever tried the pasta purses. I learned about half portions from one of your servers years ago since we always order so much--its a great way to try more things since we cannot take any "To-Go". We had to beg for iced tea refills. The soups needed salt, which she gave us a hard time about. I enjoyed my dish: Manza. However, the server was a jerk because I did not eat all of it and I did not want to take it to go. I was headed to a Lionel Richey concert and the rooms at Encore do not have fridges or a way to reheat. So, why in the world would I carry around my half eaten steak? This is probably my 12-15th time, overall, at the restaurant and I have returned for the quality and service-- previously 10/10. I was very embarrassed of my recommendation, as usually, I visit with my husband. But, this time I brought a colleague/business partner for a celebration for our 10th year in business together. I raved and raved about how great Sinatra was. Nope. You all really let me down and this server should find a job at Waffle House or IHop. I think it would serve her much better. Also, while I never expect ANYTHING for free, we were noted as celebrating our business anniversary, and she didn't even offer the sorbet, much less the chocolates or a dessert. Didn't even show a dessert menu. Really, really disappointing. I would love to say it was her age and just the way America's workforce operates now-a-days, but the server was probably close to 70 years old and definitely knew better. This kind of behavior and service doesn't have a place at Encore, and I truly hope to see you all improve, as it will be a while before the bad taste is out of my mouth to consider returning.
