While the ambiance and concept are elegant, food safety must be non-negotiable - especially in a luxury establishment. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their handling, sourcing, and preparation standards so other guests do not go through the same experience. When I contacted the restaurant afterward, my concerns were dismissed and the possibility of a connection to the meal was ruled out without any apparent review or follow-up. Given the seriousness of the situation, this response was disappointing.
