My family and I came to Saltgrass after my wedding ceremony and everything was incredible! The NY steak was cooked to perfection. Tony our server was the highlight though. He was so great! Kind, funny, extremely attentive. When we come back to Vegas we'll definitely be returning!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was equally inviting. As a guest eager to experience the hotel's finest restaurant, I was excited to explore their menu. While I truly enjoyed the flavors, the service didn't quite live up to the hotel's reputation. I spent over $150 USD, but unfortunately, my soup arrived cold, and no one checked on us to offer a replacement. The waiter only returned after we had already half-finished our meal. Despite this, the overall experience was memorable and enjoyable.

First time here but have been to other saltgrass restaurants which is why we came here. The service was really good and most of the food was good. But the steaks, which are the star of the show, were not good. The ribeyes looked like the thin ribeyes you get from Walmart and all three were overcooked. The medium rare fillet was medium well and very tough. Very disappointing to order 50 dollar steaks to get something I could have bought at walmart for 12 bucks and cooked better.

Excellent Service - Bad Ribeye. Well, my 'go-to' for any dinner place is a good Ribeye steak - medium rare. Of all the many ribeye's I have had, this was unfortunately the worst ever. the steak was very thin, and although properly cooked for medium rare, it was very tough to cut and tougher to eat. At first I thought they gave me a dull knife... nope, just a really tough cut of meat. Competively priced, and on a moderately busy Wednesday evening, I expected much better. The service was very good, the greeter and waitstaff did a superb job, this was not their fault. When I mentioned to the server that the steak was possibly the toughest ribeye I ever had, he was very apologetic and offered to get the manager for me. I told him that it was not his fault and that I did not really need to talk to the manager. A minute later the manager walked up and said "I understand that you asked for the manager?" I told him that I did not ask for the manager and this issue was not the server's fault, just a really bad cut of meat... largely inedible. The manager apologized and said that he would tell the chef and that he would be happy to discount my dinner, took the plate and walked away. Attached is a picture of the steak, the parts on the left were absolutely inedible, the rest was tough and/or fatty.

I ordered the blackened redfish and the hubs ordered the New York strip and grilled shrimp. Both were cooked to perfection! the fish was juicy and well seasoned! the steak was tender and juicy! The shrimp was overcooked but delicious. I had green beans with my redfish and they were delightfully seasoned! We had the steak with truffle parmesan fries. They were as you would expect, delicious! Ordered sweet tea, the waitress said she makes it fresh every morning. It was definitely sweet like southern tea! loved it! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive enough! with every penny!
