Fast Foodies Know The Deal™. Rally's serves up world-famous seasoned fries, bold burgers, creamy shakes, and more. BOLD SINCE BURGER #1, Rally's restaurants were born out of the idea that a bland and flavorless burger was downright wrong. Americans everywhere deserve a better tasting burger — one that is unexpectedly bold, made-to-order and priced at a value that was hard to beat. Visit Rally's at 6408 W. Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas.
TL;DR: bad service, horrible chicken strips that are overpriced, no dessert at this location. They have a chatbot for the drive thru that takes your order, so you end up being unsure if your order was understood correctly until you get up to the window (there's no screen that displays your order either). When I got there, the customer ahead of me was arguing with the employee. I assumed the customer was probably at fault, but the employee was not friendly to me at all either. I ordered the chicken strip meal. My container of fries was about halfway full, my drink was filled to the rim with ice so it was only a few sips of liquid, and the chicken strips themselves are extremely disappointing- they're flat, dark, hard pieces of stringy, dry chicken that are exactly like what you can find from SYSCO or another restaurant supplier. Nothing like what is shown in the photo, which are golden brown and substantial looking. They also only have 3 and 5-piece orders- the 3 pieces are not enough food and the 5-piece combo costs more than the Box combo at Raising Cane's which is infinitely better quality and more satisfying. There was also no dessert on the menu at this location, the portion of the menu with shakes and other dessert items is covered with a piece of paper taped to it stating that they don't serve those items. Very disappointing, will not eat at this location again, and probably won't try Rally's again in general if it's just going to be another waste of money and time.

The person you speak with at the drive thru is an AI. Food is good if it can even get your order correct.

Be aware that the awesome large milkshakes they always have had are now medium shakes and the price is the same as the large ones they used to have
