  They had no one in line store was completely empty and they still messed up. Our order gave us all single cheeseburgers tried calling but no one answers the grilled burger. Seems like it was just microwaved. Ask for raspberry iced tea and they gave us regular iced tea. Very bad service and this is not the first time this happens.

  Food was delicious. Just like it was when I was a kid. Wish they still had one in San Antonio Texas.

  Better than most of the other choices out there! Just wished there were more locations, or at least one closer to home.

  I used to go to Rally's all the time, but man has the food quality and quantity gone down so much! Paper thin meat patties now with a price tag that doesn't match. I would have given 5* for service because the gentleman at the window was nice and accommodating, but that drive through bot really needs some new programming and a better attitude. If you're going to replace workers, make it reflect in your prices, or your food quality! I will reframe from coming back.

  Never got to eat here. 1st time I tried I went for ice cream their ice creamachime was down. 2 nd time they had ai taking orders at the drive through. I am not gonna fight another useless ai in an attempt to get food. I went to BK where they had employees taking orders and taking care of customers at the drive through.
