Instead of completing my order, she joana decided to serve other customers first and left me waiting unnecessarily. When I later asked for ketchup, she threw the packets into my food bag — completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Liana, expecting at least an apology, but she offered none and showed no concern about her staff’s rude behavior. It’s disappointing to be treated this way after paying for a meal. Staff at any restaurant should show basic courtesy and respect. I hope corporate sees this and takes action to retrain this crew on proper customer service.
