  This location is horrible burger no where near fresh plus my bacon Buford’s didn’t have bacon at all on one and the second one there was one piece of bacon,half the size of a Buford messy mess my xl fries were only 75% filled hot but soggy and my sons fries were not hot at all and I ordered his burger with catchup and pickle and they only put onion. Worst employees ever They need to all be fired I will be calling and talking to gm or corporate tomorrow

  Honestly might be the best burger ive ever had, dam delicious I didnt catch the workers names but It was a white lady and a mexican guy named Victor (I think). Thankyou guys so much Prices are great too, 6 bucks for a 10/10 burger Dont usually leave reviews but I felt like I had too.

  Terrible not only they said they had no ice cream i asked for small fries and a loaded fries tell me why I pay for loaded dont even get my loaded call the store and no one answers

  I’ve given this Rally’s multiple chances over time, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the issues continue. The problems aren’t just with service, but also with food quality. On my most recent visit, I ordered two chicken sandwiches with no mayo, yet both came with an excessive amount of mayo. On top of that, I ordered popcorn chicken that was clearly undercooked and needed at least another five minutes of cooking time. At this point, it’s frustrating to keep giving this location opportunities only to leave disappointed. Consistency, basic order accuracy, and properly cooked food should be the minimum standard, and this location continues to miss the mark.
