We went recently now in November 2025 for my B-day celebration, a treat from my cousin here in Vegas. Nicole our waitress was very nice, attentive and customer service oriented. The parking was not easy, specially when there is a huge construction and set up for Formula One Race during those days.
The cheese curds for appetizer were good, my Atlantic Salmon was very tender and juicy. My cousin ordered a hamburger, and she told me it was good. The prices are reasonable, for being at the Strip.
This themed restaurant fits right in with the glitz and glam of the strip - but its family friendly and to top it off they serve good food at a relatively reasonable price. One walks into the shop and is shown their seating by the wait staff. The menu is ecelctic and there is a little something for everyone. We went with a breakfast burrito, some fresh toast, and an order of chilaquiles - all were excellent but I think the chilaquiles took the prize this time. I went with the green salsa, which had a bit of pica to it. Overall the food was very fresh, cooked to order, and was served in the middle of a rainstorm amidst a host of chimpanzees and other very large mammals - the animatronics are the show here and are a delight for adults and kids alike. Service here was outstanding - the wait staff was especially attentive, knew their menu, and provided excellent recommendations. Great experience - highly recommend!
Having lunch with my wife at Rainforest Cafe on Saturday. It's always a pleasant experience and today was no exception. I had Chinese Chicken Salad which delicious and healthy! Atmosphere and cute! Restroom clean. Meal was served in a timely manner, even though they were very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Ronnee was our server and gave excellent service!
To label the Rainforest Cafe merely a "restaurant" is an act of linguistic injustice, a gross understatement that fails to capture the multi-sensory, almost spiritual, journey one undertakes upon crossing its moss-laden threshold. Our visit transcended the mundane act of dining; it was an immersion into a meticulously crafted, primordial tableau, an experience so rich in detail and so potent in its presentation that it demands a review commensurate with its own magnificent ambition.
Now, we must transition from the spectacle of the surroundings to the true star of our evening, the anchor that tethered our euphoric journey to the ground with grace and unparalleled competence: our server, the incomparable Dee.
Dee did not merely wait on our table; Dee curated our evening. From the moment they approached, an aura of calm, informed professionalism—a stark, welcome contrast to the surrounding jungle frenzy—emanated from them. Their greeting was delivered with an enthusiasm that felt genuine, not rehearsed, and their recommendations for beverages displayed an encyclopedic knowledge of the bar’s offerings, guiding us toward the perfect liquid accompaniment.
The speed with which Dee navigated the treacherous terrain of a busy dinner rush was nothing short of miraculous. They possessed the prescient ability to materialize precisely at the moment a water glass dipped below the halfway mark, or when a silent, internal query about the status of an appetizer was forming on the tip of one's tongue. Their movements were those of an elite, seasoned scout: silent, efficient, and always purposeful. We never felt rushed, yet the pace of the meal was perfectly maintained, a delicate, almost artistic balance that is the hallmark of true service mastery.
But what truly sets Dee apart, what elevates their service from excellent to epochal, was the personalization. They remembered our off-hand remarks, they engaged with our children's wonder at the passing gorilla, and, most importantly, they executed the Volcano presentation with the flair of a seasoned pyrotechnician, ensuring the moment was framed perfectly for a shared family memory. Dee was not just part of the experience; Dee was the catalyst for its perfection, transforming what could have been a loud, chaotic meal into a warmly remembered, flawlessly executed celebration. They handled every request—no matter how small or inconvenient—with a tireless smile and an accommodating spirit that suggested their primary mission in life was our absolute contentment.
