What a fun place to eat. The atmosphere is for families. It looks like a jungle and has animatronic animals like elephants, monkees, etc. I thought because of this it would a Disney like experience where the atmosphere was awesome but the food was mid. Not the case here! The steak was fantastic and as good as any steakhouse. The Awesome Appetizer had everything cooked to perfection and the sauces...don't get me started, they were great! There was also a chicken roll on the appetizer plate that was perfect on with the Cilantro Ranch. Yum! I ordered the Korean BBQ lettuce wraps, let me tell you they did not disappoint! They hit all my cravings and the sauce and crispiness of the chicken was perfect. To top it off my server Lisa was one of the best I've ever had and made my visit amazing. She was friendly, efficient and handled her tables and the floor like she was ice skating. What an amazing experience on our first night out in Vegas. This place had families celebrating birthdays and a nice friendly atmosphere. I loved that since I'm not the partying type. Go!!!!

I recently visited Rainforest Cafe and had the pleasure of being served by Victor who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we were seated, their energy, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness stood out.
He didn’t just take our order — he made the entire experience feel special. He were knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and handled everything with professionalism and a warm smile. Even during what seemed like a busy shift, they stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly kind.
It’s rare to encounter service that feels this intentional and authentic. This server turned a fun dining spot into a genuinely memorable experience. If every visit came with service like this, I’d come back again and again.
Absolutely extraordinary job — thank you for making our night so enjoyable!

Victor was an absolute delight!
Traveling to Vegas with a kid, we were prepared to make compromises and sacrifice family friendly for, "at least this restaurant has a kids menu" so, when we found a Rainforest Cafe we were excited to enjoy a restaurant that had environment and kid friendly options, but this superceded our expectations.
Victor truly went above and beyond from the first intro asking us if we've ever been to "this side of the rainforest" to his warnings to our kiddo to "take cover" with a menu over his head as it started to "thunderstorm" - we had a blast. Truly will be a highlight of our trip. From parent to parent, Victor enjoys his job the way that Bandit enjoys parenting (I'm certain he'd go hardcore on a game of keepy-uppy) but besides that, there was a balloon artist who made spectacular balloon art, a photo opportunity with a take home keychain, and of course jungle vibes that keep everyone entertained.
In a world where razzle dazzle often requires sequins and flashing lights, finding this Rainforest Cafe amongst it all was a showstopper for this family.

So I've been here a few times and it has been good, but this review is actually for a different reason:
On Valentine's my daughter and I had a reservation for Sugar Factory next door. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I went over to the hostess stand and was about to ask what the wait was and saw a sign saying "no walk-ins. reservation only until 10:30pm."
I said thanks anyway and walked away.
10 minutes later the hostess, Angeles, walked over to me and asked if it was just myself and my daughter as they had caught up on reservations for the moment and had space if I could be seated right away.
I almost went, but Sugar Factory literally called my name as I was going up to cancel. I thanked Angeles, but went with my original reservation.
I never asked for this and it was incredibly sweet and thoughtful that she saw I was with my young daughter and waiting forever at Sugar Factory. She saw an opportunity to help and went out of her way to try.
I came back after my dinner and wanted to speak with the manager to say how kind it was, but things seemed hectic again by that time. So I'm posting here saying to thank and commend this kind employee for their efforts.
I should have seen it as fate! She was trying to watch out for me.

First of all, Safari Steve was amazing, way better then scooba Steve fyi. He took us on an amazing adventure though the rain forest. Along the canopy, with swinging monkeys and some elephant's. then sat us in a big booth right next to the gorilla 🦍 crew. They were fun and moved around and got all excited when the room went dark and a thunderstorm ⛈️ spooked all the animals. Our safari guide gave us some great tips on what drinks were some of the best we went with the raspberry ☔ rainfall to go with the stormy mood in the building. They were delicious and came highly recommended by our safari guide Steve. Finished the night with an amazingly delicious steak 🥩 cooked to perfection, a nice (medium rare). Shout-out to the cooks for that one. Got some French fries instead of mash potatoes, they were also tasty. I could tell the gorillas were a little jealous and wanted me to feed them some fries 🍟. Safari Steve asked us not to feed the animals as they get to eat all the leftovers at the end of the night! Lucky animals! My girl ended up going with the fish 🐠 🐟 🐠 tacos and loved them. We finished the night with one more round of a raspberry rainfall and a fusion margarita. Yummy, but for adults only! They do have an amazing list of drinks for the little safari goers. Also got a nice picture taken, a keychain, and 2 cups to take home with us. It was a good choice for a fun Valentine's Day dinner. A big shout-out to safari Steve for navigating us through the rainforest and finding us some delicious food and drinks! We will be back for another adventure again soon!!
