Ordered take-out and it got the job done. Nachos were decent, fries were about as bland as they get. The chipotle queso would’ve been much better without the overpowering chipotle. Unfortunately the guacamole tasted either filled with preservative premade or not fresh. There is also an additional fee for ordering take-out which is a little ridiculous and was not disclosed. I think it was $3 total for both items but it was not disclosed. Since the Strat’s food credit applied, I can’t be too disappointed as I only spent a few dollars on dinner in Vegas. Service was friendly though. If you have a food credit, it’s a decent option - if not I’d skip as it was not worth the overpriced cost otherwise.

Absolutely garbage. No wonder the place is empty. Ordered two appetizers. Chicken Quesodilla and Onion Rings. The onion rings came out somehow over cooked and cold. The chicken quesodilla was also cold and basically tasteless. The server seemed new and seemed not to care. Water glasses were never refilled. First and last time here. Utterly gross.

I had the same experience as Kiana Evans below. The front desk forgot to open my room to charge my food and beverage at checkin. I sat down and ate at PTs and went to pay by charging my room. The hostess refused to call the front desk and said I had to fix it at the front desk. I went to the checkin desk and said that they forgot to open my room for the food and beverage credit to charge to my room. They still refused to open it and said I had to go back to the restaurant and the hostess had to open my food and beverage credit. The hostess almost refused again and then she reluctantly called the front desk and got it opened. I felt like a ping pong ball going back and forth. It's like the hostesses were accusing me of lying. So basically I had to fight to get my food and beverage credit as the front desk wouldn't correct their mistake. Disrespectful. Ignorant experience. This is how they treat paying customers. The staff play games and the customer is in the middle. Hideous

They can buy all the fake reviews they want!!! On 10/25/2025 around 6:50pm I was staying at the Strat Hotel. I went to PT'S Wings and Sports to order food. After I ordered the food I told the bartender that I wanted to charge the order to my room. When he tried to charge it, he told me my room charges were off. I told him I will go to the front desk. After speaking with the front desk worker she told me that she can not turn on the charges without another deposit. I asked for the supervisor, and when I spoke with him he told me the same thing. The food and beverage manager "Anna" called my room about 45-60 minutes later saying you have 20 minutes to get down here or I will be up there with security. You have food you have to pay for. I immediately went downstairs to see what the issue was. Anna told me I was a liar because I did not speak with the front desk(THE SUPERVISOR COMFIRMED I DID COME TO FRONT DESK). Anna and security told me that I will be escorted off of the property and not able to ever return again if I did not pay for the order. Keep in mind I had no idea he put the order in because he said he couldnt until I talked to front desk. By the time im downstairs talking to them i had already ate. I informed Anna that it was not my fault the order was made without the charges going through. Then I was told by security to write a voluntary statement since I am refusing to pay for the food. Next security guard Gabriel says they will put the charge to my room and take it out my deposit. I feel like I wasted so much of my time and my money. Anna discriminated against me and my fiance and called me a liar and never tried to have a understanding with me. The security Gabriel witnessed her tell me im lying I didnt go to front desk. The supervisor from the front desk confirmed I did come talk to him about charging my room. She called over 5 security just for this incident that could've just been fixed by communication and understanding. She laughed in our faced and never apologized for calling me a liar. (I will also be reaching out to corporate Monday morning and seeking legal help.)
