  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at PT’s Wings & Sports. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but the lack of service afterward made the situation even worse. When I tried to get help fixing the mistake, the staff showed little urgency or concern. There was no real apology, no accountability, and no effort to make it right in a timely or respectful manner. To make matters worse, the manager was nowhere to be found. No one could get a manager to address the issue, which made the whole situation feel dismissive and unprofessional. When a business makes a mistake, the least customers expect is leadership to step in and handle it properly. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately both fell short this time. Mistakes happen — but how you handle them is what defines a business. I expected better and won’t be returning anytime soon.

  $25 for 2 pieces of fish and some fries is crazy. It should definitely state in the menu that u only get 2 little pieces of fish. Then we get to our room to eat, and only 1 tartar sauce was in the bag. Good thing there was so little fish we were able to share the 1 sauce.

  We came here for the 2026 superbowl. We pre rented a vip table, totalling to over $500. View is fine, but it took the waitress 30 minutes to check on us for drinks. The third time we ordered drinks they completely forgot. I waited 45 minutes…so i walked to a different bar out of the building and got my drink in 30 seconds. Then, they cut the volume to the superbowl halftime show. It took the whole building yelling to turn the volume up for them to finally turn the volume on for Bad Bunny during the last 5 minutes of his performance. Ef this place. :)

  The worst Fish N chips i ever had in Vegas in 10 years. It was dark brown batter and felt like a brick like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. Came out far too quick to be fresh. $23 for two 4” fillets of fish and fries serving the size of a med fires at Macdonalds. .left not tip and a not saying overcooked very bad and $12 for a Corona in a bottle

  PT's Wings & Sports at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower (2000 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89104) is hands-down one of the best sports bar experiences we've had in Vegas! This place nails everything you want in a pub: delicious over-the-top pub fare, a lively atmosphere with huge TVs for catching games, an awesome selection of craft beers and cocktails, and service that makes you feel right at home. The wings are incredible—perfectly crispy with flavorful sauces that pack just the right punch (the ginger sauce is a sweet standout, and the dry rubs are spot-on). We also devoured the short rib cheese fries (loaded with chipotle cheese sauce, gruyère, pico, and pickled onions—pure heaven), classic nachos piled high, and a juicy burger that hit all the right spots. Portions are generous, prices are fair for the Strip, and everything came out hot and fresh. A massive shoutout to Taylor—you are a superstar! Taylor's energy, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness turned a great meal into an unforgettable one. She knew the menu inside out, made spot-on recommendations, kept our drinks flowing without missing a beat, and just had the kind of warm, fun vibe that makes you want to come back. Thank you, Taylor, for making our visit so special—you're the reason places like this earn 5 stars! If you're at The STRAT and craving killer wings, burgers, sports bar vibes, or just a great hangout spot, PT's Wings & Sports is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! 🍔🍗🍺
