The staff are great, I am treated the way I expect and that is a local and and a valued customer. Just as I could not think things could improve at this great establishment, they go and add an amazing cook to the all star line up. Joey is a brilliant and talented up and coming chef. For example, today I had a cheeseburger but did not want the bun as I am staying away from bread. I did not bother to ask for it to be wrapped in lettuce as most cooks in other establishments do not have a clue what that means, so I just ordered the patty and hoped for the best. When Joey brought out my order it was perfectly wrapped in lettuce, I didn't even ask, and he got it right. So not only is he spot on with his temperatures and presentation, but he gets me and folks like me who are watching the carb intake. Thank you to the amazing and talented staff and to the owner for recognizing perfection across the board. So very pleased, so very thankful.
