This used to be one of our go-to spots. Lately, though, something has seriously changed — and not in a good way.
On my last two visits, I sat at the bar for close to 30 minutes while bartenders served people around me without even acknowledging I was there. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. That alone sets the tone.
The energy felt off. The guy sitting next to me was aggressively hitting the table, clearly upset about something, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. I even asked politely if it was okay to sit there, just trying to avoid any tension. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was intruding.
I ordered food to go — and what came out was barely a handful of fries. Then I was immediately told, “You owe me $26,” with zero hospitality behind it. When I asked to run my card, the attitude shifted even more. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I still tipped $5, even though the service didn’t reflect it.
This isn’t about one bad moment — this is the second time experiencing the same cold treatment. The vibe feels cliquey, like if you’re not part of the circle, you’re invisible.
Vegas is known for hospitality. Locals support places that treat people with respect. Right now, this location needs serious attention — better training, better customer service, and awareness of how guests are made to feel.
There are too many good spots in this city to settle for feeling unwelcome.
Do better.

Good prices, yummy pizza… especially after a few drinks. There’s normally a crowd but nothing crazy. We luck out with the pool tables most of the time. Service is always friendly.

My wife and I stopped by and we both agreed that the food was pretty great and the service was way better than we expected for how busy it was. Our server Emily went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and that we were treated like family. We’ve had very few restaurant/bar experiences where we’ve walked back to the car, talking about how their service stood out so much. Thank you PT’s and thank you Emily for being so super friendly and personable and professional! We will be back to visit Emily on her shifts (yes we asked when she works).

I came here after a hard day to get a quick beer and a burger. I ended up chatting with my server, Emily, and had such a great experience. She was so friendly and genuine- I’ll definitely be back.

First time here and Deja and her coworker Nic were awesome. The atmosphere was really cool and the customer service was on point. Whether you’re coming for a couples night or just grabbing a drink solo, they’ll definitely take care of you. Great service overall highly recommend checking this place out. 10/10
