  The girls working there tonight were an absolute disgrace in every possible aspect towards customer service. My fiance did not realize there was whey protein in the acai bowl & asked them what they blended it with. They didn't even mention it after we asked, they said it was just blended with fruit. They had the rudest, most unempathetic reaction, no personality, zero desire to help or make it right. Absolutely horrendous service. I used to work here years ago & I cannot believe how dramatically it has declined. The food is still good (although my acai shake tastes awful compared to how it used to) but we absolutely won't be returning after being treated so poorly. Maybe hire people that actually have a concept of what customer service is, or a sense of character/enthusiasm.

  I've been coming here for years, i will say the staff has just been more and more non engaging. I wouldn't say rude but they don't have a welcoming energy. Could say more but on the food/drinks. It has now been hit or miss. Protein drinks either are runny or super thick, the food, is great but any time I order the southwest bowl with extra steak I always ask for rare and even when I tell the ladies behind the counter to please make sure it is. I've gotten it well done more times than not. I unfortunately gave it my last go today. Service was once again same. Not inviting. On their phone and walk alway as soon as they give you the drinks and the protein drink was a wild card again. Hope the best for them, easy turn around in my opinion.
