I normally go to a poke place closer to my house, but it was closed for New Year's day, so I went to this place to grab some dinner. An absolutely amazing employee, Sam, helped me out and left an amazing impression with her customer service, so much so that I would rather go out of my way to visit this establishment than go to the place near my house. I work in a customer-facing job as well, and can tell when an interaction is genuine and kind. That is exactly what it was from Sam, genuineness and kindness from the heart. Above and beyond customer service and friendliness deserves to be recognized, so shoutout to her for this experience and helping start the year off right! And of course, the poke did not disappoint and was BOMB! We will defo be coming back!

They also do a discount if you follow them on social media! The two employees were kind and guided me through the ordering process, Aiden and I don’t know the other girl’s name. Will be a weekly lunch spot for me and can’t wait to try another bowl! I was starving when I walked in but could barely finish all of my food. The regular sized bowl was plenty for me!

However, if you put in a pick up order give it about 20 minutes before picking it up - they can be busy quite often. Also, double check your order for pick up to make sure everything is there. 2 times I had a missing item, the first time I quickly noticed and went back but the last time I didn't notice until I got home so I didn't go back. Though overall, the poke is pretty good here and I will keep returning, even though its not necessarily the cheapest, but I realized thats to be expected because poke is never really cheap anywhere.
