When Alex from Pizza Nation text me asking if I had received my order, which was over an hour past the delivery time, I told him no. Instead of stating that they were gonna find out where the door dasher dude was with my food, they just offered to remake my order… I told them that this was unacceptable and that I wanted them to get to the bottom of the Door dash situation. Alex, from Pizza Nation, copped an attitude with me regarding this scenario. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this facility.
