    I order over the phone at 12 in the afternoon and waited an hour, called back again and told first order didn't go through so I placed a second order only to receive a call back from a woman telling me that I placed two orders. She canceled my second order and told me the first was on it's way. It's been another hour. I don't think my food is coming. When you try the phone option to check on your order, the phone hangs up on you. This ruined my day.

    This location used to be awesome with great service. Now the employees are rude lazy & stand-offish. They keep you waiting for ten minutes before saying hello Today I ordered the big NY well done & it was so undercooked the whole thing fell apart. I've since called twice and was hung up on while waiting on hold to speak with someone
