  Ordered a pizza online. 60 seconds later, wife asked to change. I called immediately, was told would have to pay for a 2nd pie. Rude person on the phone.

  What can I say? It’s a great place who is good customer service is good. Highly recommend this place.

  Bought a 20$ pizza tonight (Craig/Decatur) and found strands of light colored hair in it. Called to tell them but hung up after being on hold for over 10 minutes. No more Pizza Hut in this house.

  The wait was extreme the customer service was horrible. The lobby was full of people and no body was attending to any customers. We had to yell to the back of the store to get help. When I finally got the pizza home it was cold hard and tasted of chemicals like hand sanitizer. We couldn’t even eat it.

  Ordered with pepperoni, green peppers and olives and they got the pepperoni and olives correct but they put jalapenos instead of green peppers
