  I tried ordering from pizza hut for the first time in a long time. The driver gets here. Half my order is missing. I try to call the store to get it fixed. Left on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer with insanely obnoxious advertisements blasting in my ear for the entire duration of the hold time. Gave up after the 15 minutes. Will be filing a chargeback with my credit card because there's no other option. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Ordered the Big New Yorker today. My husband picked it up. We both took a bite and threw it in the trash. It was terrible. It was mushy, had almost no cheese or sauce on it. I wanted a refund but store said I had to return it to get refund. It is in the large garbage outside I'm not going thru the garbage to retrieve it. The Big New Yorker isn't worth it free. Stay away.

  Zero stars!!!! There is a blonde cashier that gave me the name Staci, but I didn't believe her was extremely rude, disrespectful, and racist! I stood in line almost 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and once she came from the back she wasn't polite, as I began ordering a lady of her color walked in behind me and Staci immediately cut me off started discussing her order with her, walked away from the cash register to go to the back and finish fixing the lady food. She didn't tell me to please wait, I'm sorry, or anything and proceeded to give the next guy his order that walked in after leaving me standing in front of her waiting to have my order taken! I have been reaching out to corporate and no answer this is extremely upsetting and I hope to get to the bottom of this because it's no way to treat anyone!!!!

  This place needs to close or get a new staff ! I felt like I wasted my money on this pizza it was horrible. Not only was there not enough sauce but the sauce we did get was INSANELY sweet. We ordered the pizza box with 2 medium 1 topping pizzas (we added an addition topping to each pizza) with the bread sticks and the cinnamon sticks. The tavern pizza with pepperoni and mushroom was so burnt it tasted like having saltine crackers that had sat out for hours drying out with minimal toppings. The sauce that was on there although not much tasted like straight sugar and tomato. It was disgusting !! The hand tossed Alfredo, chicken & bacon pizza was wayyy undercooked the dough seemed as though it had barely touched the oven as was so floppy even though it was grossly under topped and sauced. It was also very bland even with bacon on it which I thought would be a saving grace but it wasn’t. I put a couple slices in my air fryer and after 15 minutes it started to have some color on it because when we got the pizza everything looked like white wall plaster. The bread sticks were okay although a little stale starting but it actually has some FLAVOR. The tomato sauce for the sticks was again that sweet tomato tasting sauce. It was closer in taste to a jelly or jam than a marinara sauce. It was like I went to my cabinet and added sugar to a can of diced tomato’s. Not good ! The cinnamon sticks were the only decent thing. They did have a really crispy topping of cinnamon topping that solidified but after everything else I tried I was pleasantly surprised and not too bothers by it especially when I drowned it in the icing. This experience makes me never want to order Pizza Hut again. My husband said the same thing as well and we ended up throwing everything away because we tried to contact the store and they wound answer their phone (go figure) I really hope someone reads this because this was the worst pizza I ever had! Id take buffet pizza over this any day!
