  We usually order for pick up, I always give the benefit of the doubt, but this is our 2nd order for delivery and the order was the same as the last PAN pizza EXTRA pepperoni (which I paid for) and again we get a HAND toss NO extra pepperoni and even called to check status of our order and was told its out for delivery at 658pm (placed online order at 6pm), then 707pm notification that pizza was delivered so I called again the guy said "yeah it should be there in few minutes" then 739pm I call back and say still haven't gotten my pizza he puts me on hold then comes back on and says he just pulled up (while im literally standing outside with no one in sight?) Poor customer service gotta do better ....pizza is wrong and delivered nearly 30mins after notification.

  Never ordering from here again.. showed up on the time it was supposed to be ready and had to wait for them to prepare the pizza, workers running around chatting it up while people wait and this is what they give.. expensive yet B.S Service.

  This is the third time with this Pizza Hut on east flamingo, recommend recommended that you don’t waste your time. The worst experience ever. All three times well over an hour. And the app is a joke all three times it says dropped off and they’re not even here. I can’t believe I did this three times. The pizza wasn’t even hot, the pepperonis look disgusting on this New Yorker. And when I called back to get a refund, they told me I had to call to talk to a general manager to even get a refund on the pizza? Can you believe I did this three times?

  Saying that I had a bad Experience here is an understatement. I placed my order online and it was completely made incorrect, missing toppings and burnt. I called the store and the manager spoke to me. He said that he had personally made my order. I told him that there was toppings missing, and it was burnt. He then told me to come down to the store and that he would remake it. I asked him if he could please repeat the order to me over the phone and he refused to and hung up on me. I went into the store to get my pizzas remade. He was so arrogant and just refusing to help us. He told me that because there was slices missing that It was Pizza Hut policy for them not to remake our pizza. I explained that somebody in my household didn’t know the order and started eating. that’s why there was a piece missing. He just refused to help us in general. He refused to give us a refund. He refused to remake our order after it was his fault our order was wrong in the first place. Even refused to give us a receipt. That wasn’t the worst part. He started making fun of my accent. I’m still in shock. I can’t believe I was treated that way. It was so belittling I didn’t know what to do. Because he really didn’t give me any options. I told him that’s fine that he could keep the pizza. I left it on the counter countertop, Not without telling him that I would be reaching out to corporate to see if they thought making fun of the way I talked was fine with them. I don’t know if this is company policy, but all I want is my money back and a apology for this gentleman. Pizza Hut needs to do better in employing people. This gentleman shouldn’t be working in customer service or representing the Pizza Hut company. Belittling and being racial towards their guest because of the way they speak is not okay Pizza Hut. My brother took a video of the interaction that I will be sending in to corporate office as soon as someone reaches out to me. This is completely unacceptable,
