The pho and broth it's not the best, seems a little citrusy for the broth. Like they add lemon. The noodle quality is soft! Like soggy. Also the value they put little meat. There is a lot of Pho restaurant cheaper and way better quality. Our server was very nice though..

Also asked for some rare steak on the side which they served with a extra bowl of their piping hot broth --delicious! If you're health conscious or recovering from a sports injury, do yourself a favor and have some extra steak and the beef tendons for collagen. (Your body will thank you later.) Can't forget an ice cold Kirin to go with those eggrolls. It's the perfect combination. Special thanks to Jordan, Avalon and all the crew behind the scenes for making this restaurant so great.
