And it kept being “it’ll be ready soon”. On top of that, someone else was offered a free pizza for their delay. Yet I was sitting on their bench inside the store at least 10 mins before that person arrive. And I had my kids waiting inside the car. One of my kids had to use the bathroom after we had been waiting 40+ mins. Of course, there’s no bathroom at papa John’s. The app needs to reflect the order status accurately. It shouldn’t be saying ready and it actually being ready 1 hour later.
