  The lady who answered the phone kept mis-hearing me (She didnt speak eng. well) . After saying I would pay card and tip my driver cash. She took it as paying my whole total cash, when I told her that not what I said she argued with me, and told me she couldnt change it...now I know why she works at a pizza place for a living. (The driver was super nice!!)

  We made an order and they canceled it. When I called to see why he said they gave my order away to a door dasher and canceled it. I asked what happens next and he said I had to pay again. No attempt to make it right just hung up on me when he said order it again. Never again will I order from papa johns.

  I've been a loyal customer of this Papa John's location for over 15+ years, but tonight's experience was by far the worst in terms of both service and food quality and unfortunately, it's the final straw. We placed a delivery order early, scheduled for 6:15 PM. When that time passed and nothing arrived, we checked the app around. 6:25pm and saw the order hadn't even been picked up yet. We called the store for an update, and the staff member explained that the order had been missed in the rush and not assigned to a driver. He assured us it would be delivered in about 15 minutes. I expressed concern that the pizza would sit too long, arrive cold, and taste off, but he insisted it wouldn't be cold. The pizza finally arrived around 6:56 PM (over 40 minutes late). Unfortunately, it was barely warm to cold, and the taste was completely off: extremely doughy, undercooked, and basically like eating a ball of cheese and dough. It was inedible and disappointing, especially since this was a night when we really needed a reliable meal. We paid $40 for what turned out to be cold, horrible-tasting pizza. The consistent decline in quality and service at this location has been noticeable lately, and this experience has convinced me I can no longer order here. I hope management takes steps to address these ongoing issues for future customers.

  Haven't been to papa John's in years. After i placed my ordered I read the reviews and I was worried about my order. I wasn't a fan of the taste but the pizza didn't look bad like the other reviews. I ordered 2 pizzas, toppings were missing or mixed up. The worker was nice.

  Ordered a half pepperoni and half supreme. Got home and found 3/4 cheese and 1/4 supreme.
