  I've been a loyal customer of this Papa John's location for over 15+ years, but tonight's experience was by far the worst in terms of both service and food quality and unfortunately, it's the final straw. We placed a delivery order early, scheduled for 6:15 PM. When that time passed and nothing arrived, we checked the app around. 6:25pm and saw the order hadn't even been picked up yet. We called the store for an update, and the staff member explained that the order had been missed in the rush and not assigned to a driver. He assured us it would be delivered in about 15 minutes. I expressed concern that the pizza would sit too long, arrive cold, and taste off, but he insisted it wouldn't be cold. The pizza finally arrived around 6:56 PM (over 40 minutes late). Unfortunately, it was barely warm to cold, and the taste was completely off: extremely doughy, undercooked, and basically like eating a ball of cheese and dough. It was inedible and disappointing, especially since this was a night when we really needed a reliable meal. We paid $40 for what turned out to be cold, horrible-tasting pizza. The consistent decline in quality and service at this location has been noticeable lately, and this experience has convinced me I can no longer order here. I hope management takes steps to address these ongoing issues for future customers.

  Haven't been to papa John's in years. After i placed my ordered I read the reviews and I was worried about my order. I wasn't a fan of the taste but the pizza didn't look bad like the other reviews. I ordered 2 pizzas, toppings were missing or mixed up. The worker was nice.

  Ordered a half pepperoni and half supreme. Got home and found 3/4 cheese and 1/4 supreme.

  I placed a order online which included 2 pizzas and 2liter soda, the soda was forgot I immediately called the store and was not offered a refund for the soda but was told all I had to do was call in to redeem a free pizza for their mistake. I called in roughly a week later a was greeted by a rude female named "Mary" I told her the situation and she immediately stated "oh we would not promise a pizza for missing a soda" as if I completely made the story up. She then asked who did I speak to? I noticed that when you call in they do not state their name in the greeting when they pick up and neither did she on this call. Since "Mary" couldn't efficiently do her job correctly and provide customer service she decided to hang up in my face instead. So now I also have contacted their corporate office since Mary lacks effective and efficient customer service. I will not be ordering papa johns ever again because they failed horribly to correct their mistake or even issue a refund on the 2 liter soda they forgot in my order.

  I see why this location gets such bad reviews. Pizza was undercooked, the 8 piece bites only had 5, and the cheese bread was mainly bread with some cheese on the middle pieces. Very disappointed.
