  I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, only 1 car ahead of me. Their order appeared small. I only ordered a coffee and half a sandwich. When i got up to the window i was not greeted at all. Lady took my gift card then came to the window again and asked for payment. Uh, already gave her the card. After her trying the gift card she another 5 minutes i just asked for my card back and told her i no longer wanted my order. Never going to this location again. As i was leaving i saw about 7-10 cars in line. Felt bad that they were going to be stuck for a loooonnnnggg time.

  Just went in for coffee and was treated super weird. The lady at the front has a really weird confrontational vibe. I only wanted almond milk. 🥛

  I don't understand how I was the only person in line.Waited five minutes for them to take more order.And then it takes them another twenty five minutes to make my sandwich, which makes no sense avoid at all cost.They wasted so much time for no reason

  I have the sip n save club. Go to my Panera bread everyday by my house. But today we go out early to take my son to school so I went to this one instead. Was told they can NOT heat up my coffee even though the creamer made it ice cold. Never had this problem any other location but the employee said they asked their manager and the manager said no and it was me that was somehow the problem from the demeanor of her attitude so I went ahead and just left but that kind of service absolutely unacceptable and for you to lie to my face because you don’t wanna do something disgraceful I hope you train your employees the future better. Update Friday the sixth . Went back again around 8 o’clock on my way home from work this time I just asked for tea had to repeat myself three times it was correct on the screen I said OK she still gave me honey tea after I ask for mint and that was on my screen. I don’t know what it is about this location but they’re rude and incompetent and can’t get a drink right guess I won’t be going back to this location which is really unfortunate because it’s right next to the highway on my way to work definitely lost business I can only imagine how many others.
