Maybe they were short staffed but with a lack of communication and waiting that long in a drive thru leaves me really disappointed

Got home with my food and no pickle spears. That’s something we would have liked, but no biggie. But where’s the BACON? How do you make a BLT and over look the bacon? Called immediately using the number listed on the receipt ( just above the bold letter “ACCURACY MATTERS”). After multiple calling attempts with no answer or voice mail, I just now did something I have rarely ever done…. A bad review.

Hazelnut coffee was cold. Light roast coffee was watered down. My cappuccino was good. Soups are still good. My sandwich (I think it was the fiesta chicken) was okay, but I dunno if it was supposed to be warm or cold. It was just room temperature. Wife said the women's restroom was disgusting. What a shame. We used to like it here.

The employee who helped me was extremely polite, explained the bread options, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His kindness and great customer service really stood out — it made my day! (this was around 5 PM close to 6 PM)
