The person didn't bring out 2 of the 3 catering bags and when we called the manager, Justin offered to cancel the order or make us pick it up. Blew us off. I called repeatedly for the GM, Adrian, left several messages and never heard from anyone. Disappointing that the food is good and their team offers negative customer experiences.
