Food was good as always, tables we’re a little messy but at the time I went I understood the lunch rush and things. Couldn’t give higher stars due to when I was eating my soup, I found a bone sliver in the chicken. I put it on a napkin and gave it to the cashier. I went yesterday 1/10/26 around 1:15pm. Everyone was nice but definitely might want to pay attention a bit more in the kitchen/prep.

Last time I spend money here. Kristine and her staff are incapable of double checking the order to make sure it's correct. This happens just about every time I order here. Side item will be missing or something I paid to add on. Ofcourse I should've checked before leaving and having to drive back, but it was an avocado toast plus a folded egg. You would think they could get this right, no chance. Then she starts making excuses about how she wasn't there to double check, she was elsewhere. I asked about the food expeditor and why he didn't double check right before giving me the bag. Starts making excuses how he wasn't there 15 minutes ago. I had to correct her and let her know that's the exact person who handed me the food. I have eyes that work, not like the staff there who can't read a ticket to save their lives! Bad service fore basic food makes it an easier decision to dine elsewhere.

They circumvent the Panera system so my pager never beeped. Eventually I had to go in and ask for the food. Then they omitted the cookie I ordered and paid for. When I asked about it they said it was out of stock. So why was it not out of stock in the ordering system then? The ordering system is capable of marking other things as out of stock, for example tina salad was marked as out of stock. Panera, stop eating my cookies!
