  Boca Park Location Wow, this experience really surprised me. I originally ordered a vegetarian salad that was made with chicken all over it. When I called, they apologized and told me to come back another day for a replacement. So today I did exactly that. I placed my order, waited about 20 minutes, and when I finally went up to check, they admitted they hadn’t even started making it yet. When I finally received the salad, it was thrown together carelessly with no cheese — completely wrong again. I called the manager over (his name sounded like “Zakarah”), and asked politely if he could just issue a credit for another time since it’s clearly been difficult to get the order right. He refused and told me, “You have to take it like it is. I can get you a container of cheese to put on it. I’m not doing anything for you.” I only wanted to come back another day when there was different staff back there or go to another Panera location. I certainly hope that a manager over his head will see this. This is the only way that businesses know that they’re not doing well in Customer Service.. I was honestly shocked. In a time when businesses are fighting to keep customers, this kind of treatment is unbelievable. I didn’t ask for anything I didn’t pay for — just a properly made order and a little courtesy.

  Food was great. That's the only good factor. Nobody called the name to let us know our order was ready. They also did not give us our drinks until we went up and asked for them, and the drinks were all subpar- by that I mean, gross. One cashier rolled her eyes at us when we asked for our cups. I've never been to a Panera bread that has been this unpleasant. I can't blame every person who was working that day, but overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

  Let's start with the staff...the Panera Bread at Boca Park has thee friendliest and most professional staff of any eatery I've ever been to. I hope they get paid alot, because if not some higher paying establishment is going to come recruit these top notch staff members. Next the atmosphere amd service, what a great combination of chillax and prim and proper. This particular Panera Bread is always clean and staff super friendly walking around offering to remove your dirty dishes and making sure that you have all that you need for a great experience. I'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible. Board game tournaments welcomed here, business meetings welcomed here, lunch breaks welcomed here. I've seen it all here and this location welcomes and adjusts to accommodate one and all. I can't recommend this Panera Bread location enough, it is wonderful. Will definitely be back again and again and again. Thank you for all of your awesomeness Panera Bread at Boca Park 🙏
