- DEDan EganJan 2, 20263.0It's really gone downhill a lot. Of the three people at our table two salads were incorrect. The only Spiced Rum they had at the bar with some off-brand that was terrible. This was my second visit to Outback in the last 8 years. I'm not a fan of their business model of cutting cost and service over delivering a quality dining experience.
- CRCarmen RodriguezJan 1, 20263.0I ordered curbside pickup and the guy who brought my food was very nice but right after I placed my order, I noticed that it said, "medium" for how to cook the burger so I called them and told them that I wanted my burger to be cooked "well done" because I didn't want any pink in my burger but when I got home and took one bite it was pinker than pink, so I could only eat the outside parts of the burger! Thank goodness, I used a gift card so the whole order cost me only $9.00 and some change but I privacy won't be going to Outback again any time soon.
