Kim was absolutely amazing! My grandma and I went just for some dinner. My grandma always orders a tea with extra ice and she was the first person who actually listened and did it the way she wanted. On top of being quick with anything and everything we needed. She was polite and just did a TERRIFIC job! Be very proud of your employees! The food was also delicious! Thank you to Kim and the rest of the team for making our experience delicious and wonderful.

I very rarely write reviews unless the overall service was below standard OR well above standards. This review is WELL ABOVE STANDARDS. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, the server was kind , hardworking and the Manager who I was able to meet Josh was amazing. He was extremely professional, helpful, great personality and I could tell he takes his job serious and really cares for his staff . Staff was trained well and He gave all credit to his staff but I could tell that part of it was because of the leadership that he shows. I don’t know about any other Outback locations, but this one was top-notch from the manager all the way down. Highly recommend this location!!!! Thank you for the great experience

Completely ruined my expectations of Outback. I won’t ever eat here ever again. That goes chain wide! The blooming onion is still good but if anywhere else can make it I’d go with that. Service was rude as soon as I opened the door. I came when it was dead slow and was the only poc. I was baffled I got a salad with the dressing on the bottom. Like why is the top of the salad naked? The server looked at me like I was tripping when I asked for more dressing. Salad was a mistake. Burger was decent but the bun ratio was off. Who wants the eat a burger where the bottom bun is smaller that the top bun. It’s the little things that matter simple things like a burger that says a lot. By this time I was ready to go. Took the desert to go and the front host was passive aggressive in his tone. Never eating at out back ever again.

Stopped in for an early dinner tonight, and right away should have left. The hostess stand was empty, and when she did show up, she wasn’t pleasant at all. She took my name, and we stood in the foyer. There were honest more people waiting then sat in the restaurant. Whole areas were vacant. After waiting for a bit (which I don’t mind, that is to be expected) we were sat in a section where the waiter just got slammed with all new tables. He came over to our table and said something, then left. We waited and waited, as we needed kids menus, but no one helped. The table behind us flagged someone else down to order and they seemed like they were waiting a while. The flagged server said that the real waiter was backed up and running late. It’s when I overheard that, that we got up and left. I wasn’t going to wait around and get service from someone who’s stretched too thin. So either the hostess doesn’t know how to allocate tables, or they are understaffed. Either way, not giving my money to a place who can’t do basic operations.

My husband and I have gone to the S. Vegas Blvd. location for years. Sadly, due to their lack of attentiveness, food quality and hospitality, we decided to stop going there. We recently moved closer to “The Lakes” location off Sahara and tried Outback expecting the same result but was hopeful. This place is the BOMB In a good way…. We sat in the bar area in a booth. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was calm. Our server was Brian and Frank. They both were so attentive so on it the food was phenomenal. Best we’ve ever had at any Outback Steakhouse and the Manager Krist Came by the table made sure everything was good. Chatted a little she’s a retired police officer, which made it even better experience. It’s a definite MUST GO. The chef has been there for over 20 years. My husband got the prime rib with two lobster tails, and it was perfectly cooked. I myself wanted a Petite Fillet- salt and pepper only and a wedge salad. It didn’t disappoint. I will order that every time. And, for dessert, we shared a cheesecake New York style with raspberry glaze. If you’re looking for another location because you’re disappointed with the Outback near you, it’s worth the drive! Thank you to the staff. We will definitely be back.
