The service was good. The brown bread was really good.
The food preparation was quite a bit upsetting because they didn’t clean the end of the plates before serving.
The salad provided was not that fresh.
We love steaks, but the steaks here - we were not happy.
The drinks, nah! 😩

I always believed it was impossible to have a "bad" ribeye, but today proved me wrong. I am generally not one to send food back, but this was an unavoidable exception.
The steak arrived completely untrimmed, with an excessive amount of hard outer fat that should have been cleaned up in the kitchen. To make matters worse, despite ordering it medium-rare, the meat was served essentially raw. It was so undercooked and tough that I spent 15 minutes attempting to carve out even a single edible piece, but it was physically impossible to cut through.
While the manager and server were kind and offered a replacement, the timing was already ruined. My companions had finished their meals, and I didn't want to risk a second disappointment. A real letdown for what should have been a great meal.

Experience/Environment: Overall experience was a ok this visit. Host interaction was awesome. The girl in the front was very welcoming.
Price: Outback is a staple so you pretty much expect to pay what you pay. Twin lobster tails with two side sides for $35, can’t beat that.
Food: My lobster was cooked very well. You can taste the sweetness of the lobster while it’s still being tender. The seasoning on the lobster could be enhanced. The butter also didn’t taste like butter. The steak was undercooked when it came out, so we had to send that back to be fixed. The wings were perfect, seasoning was good, crispy, didn’t disappoint.
Service: Armando was our server. And honestly, he didn’t seem to want to be there. I mean, I get it because who wants to be at work. A few minutes after we sat down, there wasn’t an introduction it was just a quick hello and what would you like to drink and I think he asked if he wanted any appetizers (we barely even got our menus at this point,) and then he ran away. He said it’s so fast. All I heard were drink and appetizer so I’m not even 100% if that’s what he said. Later, we heard the server at the next table talk about specials. That would’ve been nice to share.
When he came back to get our order, I tried to slow him down by asking him how his day was. And that was the only moment he paused. When the steak came out, we couldn’t even locate him to tell him it was undercooked. The host had to help us. The last interaction was him coming by asking quickly if we wanted any dessert and then we can pay on the little machine when we’re ready.
I understand the Saturday night rush. I just wish there was a little more care. I’m not asking for the level of attention to be babied, outback is just a family restaurant, so friendly is expectation. I know the difference between rushing and urgency — and the way he rushed with us throughout the night, it would’ve been better if we had a different server than a perfunctory one. I feel bad if his day was super annoying yesterday and this review won’t make it any better. Just sharing some thoughts and I hope you have a better rest of your weekend.

This morning, just barely waking up, I pictured an Outback Blooming Onion -couldn't get it out of my head-so around Noon my friend and I went to the Rainbow, Las Vegas Nv location-YUM! I couldn't have asked for a better lunch experience! Here's the takeaway : seating was quick, the Onion appetizer and beverages arrived quickly, what really got my attention was the Aussie Lunch 3 - course specials--within each of the 3 choices, there were MORE choises: soup or salad, entree choice, side, and a sweet slice of cheesecake with either Raspberry or Chocolate drizzled atop the cake. The cost was under $20! AND despite my just barely 5' frame, I can really pack it in-- foodwise! OUtback did not disappoint when it came to portion size--no skimping--I could have made a meal from the wedge salad and fully loaded baked potato, but I somehow managed to also put away a burger entree. Wait staff was efficient, friendlly - if you get Schuyler (a.k.a. Skylar) you can count on excellent service with a genuine smile, aware of your needs but not hovering, everything ordered came out the way it was ordered, and as the Birthday Girl (82) Outback presented me with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream to top off the dessert! All in All: what an exeptional experience and yes, I recommend it and maybe I'll see you there, since for sure I will be returning.
