Pretty much what you’d expect from an Outback. It’s a convenient spot on the Strip if you want a familiar meal without the high-end steakhouse prices. The Bloomin' Onion was okay, though a bit greasier than usual. My sirloin was cooked correctly to medium-rare, though the seasoning was a little heavy on the salt. Service was decent despite how busy they were. It’s a reliable backup if you can’t get a reservation elsewhere

We went to have Christmas dinner while on vacation. Our waiter Ray was difficult to get being the place wasn't crowded. The other complaint is that my potato was under baked, mostly still raw.

Had a great time there for my NYE's dinner and also was my first time eating at an Outback. Service was amazing since we got there and our server Reese, was an absolute person, was very patient and understanding and took his time with us, you're a legend my good sir. The food was so great and the bread, my gosh I loved it so much. I ordered the Kingsland pasta and it was made to my liking. Hats off to the chef as well. Definetly recommend it for anybody looking to grab a bite for a great price. And the ambiance was snuggly from the get go. Thank you for the great first time experience despite being a busy night.

We went here for a nice birthday dinner with our son. We were seated right away, on a Sunday evening. (They don't take reservations, but you can be placed on a wait list if you call in before arrival time.) Our drink orders were taken, one flavorful mule drink and a raspberry lemon martini. We then ate some of their delicious warm brown bread with butter as we viewed the menu. We chose coconut shrimp and boomerang mozzarella stick appetizers to have before our Caesar salads. We then ordered 1 rib/sirloin steak combo with steamed broccoli, a filet with mashed potatoes, and a delmonic sirloin with towoomba sauce and mashed potatoes. We all chose a side Caesar salad to eat before dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The waiter and food runners were very helpful through our dining experience. Will definitely return for other meals. Plenty of parking spaces, but the lot is shared with the LV premium outlet shoping center, so finding a parking space at times can be challenging.

Outback has quietly earned its spot as my favourite restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. In a city where everything flashes, blares, and overwhelms, this place does the opposite. It brings you back to your senses, literally. You notice taste again, smell again, calm again. The room is cozy and muted, an intimate pocket of warmth tucked inside a city that rarely whispers. Soft furnishings swallow the noise, the lighting stays low, and for a moment you feel like you’ve stepped out of Vegas entirely. After a long day at the Venetian, this became the perfect buffer between the chaos of the convention floor and the quiet of a hotel room. The service matched the mood. Amber was impeccable in that rare, intuitive way that feels almost like mind-reading. She checked in just enough, never intruding, always making sure everything felt right without pulling you into conversations you didn’t have the energy for. It was exactly what I needed. I ordered the Delmonico ribeye and it was everything a ribeye should be. Rich, tender, full of flavour with its natural fattiness, simply seasoned with salt, pepper and what I’m fairly sure was a whisper of garlic. Cooked precisely as ordered. Even the fries and vegetables were perfect companions, well done but content to stay out of the spotlight. I ate too much, of course, but that part is entirely on me. And maybe that’s the beauty of this place. In a city that tries to dazzle you into forgetting yourself, Outback gives you a moment to feel human again. A quiet meal, a warm room, a good steak and the simple reminder that comfort is still possible even in the loudest corners of the world.
