Dining at Momofuku inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was an absolutely phenomenal experience.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was bold, inventive, and perfectly balanced—exactly what you hope for from Momofuku. The flavors were vibrant and layered, each bite somehow even better than the last. You can really feel the creativity and mastery behind the menu, and it makes the entire meal feel like a culinary adventure.
What truly elevated the evening even further was the exceptional service from Lulu and Ariana. They were absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everything was perfect. Their recommendations were spot-on, their timing impeccable, and their energy made the whole dining experience feel effortless and fun.
The atmosphere was lively, stylish, and buzzing with that unmistakable Cosmopolitan energy—perfect for a memorable night out in Las Vegas.
Between the incredible food and the outstanding hospitality from Lulu and Ariana, this was easily one of the best dining experiences in Vegas. I’ll absolutely be coming back. 🍜✨

I was staying at the Cosmopolitan and wanted to try your restaurant. I was put on the waiting list and was given a 30 minute wait. We patiently waited and after 30 minutes, we would inquire about when would we be seated.
The response was always “You are next”. We waited and waited and saw party after party signing up and then being seated ahead of us — even though supposedly we were “next”.
This was extremely upsetting and have never experienced this from any of the restaurants with all the stays I’ve had at the Cosmopolitan — including the many New Years I’ve stayed there.
I’m just hoping that this was not deliberate and discriminatory. It felt like it!

Quick bite before the show with our daughters. Walked right in at around 5pm. Service was friendly and quick. The pork belly Baos (not pictured) were good. Spicy miso ramen was rich and flavorful, as was the mushroom ramen. Kid’s portions were good, especially the chicken karage. We couldn’t finish, even with us trying to help. The Brussel sprouts were really good! Would recommend if you’re looking to satisfy an Asian food craving…

Wow. Just wow. Phenomenal top to bottom. Walked in, got seated, and let me tell you, we didn't need the slot machines to tell us we hit the jackpot because we got Gregory as our server and that's about as big of a jackpot as you can hit. Gregory served up an incredible experience. My girlfriend and I both got the spicy miso ramen. I've had my fair share of ramen bowls in the past and I'll be honest I cant think of a ramen shop on this side of the pacific that will top this bowl. The sake was an excellent pairing that our guy Gregory recommended and it really is something special. All of the other staff members were just a delight and very attentive as well. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The atmosphere is fantastic and I regrettably had to leave it to use the restroom. Only to find a very clean restroom and a bidet waiting for me in there. It's the little details like this that just make a place classy.
Food 10/10
Gregory 10/10
Atmosphere 10/10
Attention to detail 10/10
Don't waste your time. Get in to Momofuku.

The 8:15PM reservation was not seated until 8:42PM. The check-in process was horrendous. Waiting in line for minutes without being able to check in as the staff was chatting it up. Once the front-of-house staff realized there was a line of us waiting to be checked in, those of us who were checked in for our reservations found the process was not seamless at all. A hostess approached another couple, called them by my first and last name, and offered them a table. I had to walk over and interject that I was the person from the correct party. She sat with the other couple before us, regardless. The Valentine’s fixed menu, $150/person, was in no way worth the price. The final course did not hit our table until 10:15pm. The time between courses was horribly long, with no positive service or interaction from the waiter/staff, and my husband and I ate the small portions in a few small bites. Our waiter never asked us how we were doing or how the food was. For how long it took each entree, the food somehow came out cold, except for the fried honey walnut shrimp, which was overcooked and chewy. The only saving grace was the flavor of specific dishes. If we were allowed to purchase from the à la Carte menu, we could’ve bought something to snack on, like bread, while waiting two hours for the “five-course” meal to finish, but then again, I would resent having to spend another penny and another second at this establishment. By the end, my party and those next to us all complained to the manager for the same reasons.
We all felt that the price, which must be quite margin-heavy, was not worth the time and money we consumers invested due to poor service, cold food, and a lackluster experience. The ambiance was dark and intimate, but the tables were tiny and crowded with other people. We could overhear everyone else complaining about the fixed menu and pricing. The resolution the manager came up with was comping the one order of alcohol my spouse had because drinks were not included in a 5-Course fixed meal. The manager gifted 6 old cake pops from the Milkbar next door, but we could only take a bite of them, as they were so dry they sucked moisture from our mouths. Way to ruin Valentine’s Day, Momofuku. Won’t be back; wouldn’t recommend; does not meet expectations for an establishment at The Cosmopolitan.
