I was surprised at how salty, oily and lacking in flavor. Everything that I ate at this restaurant except for the fresh fish. If you go, I would recommend just doing sushi because the hibachi was not worth it and nothing was fresh. For the price that we had to pay per person, I was extremely disappointed .

Mizumi is an exceptional dining experience that defines luxury Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. This restaurant masterfully achieves the perfect balance where tradition meets innovation. From the moment you enter, the ambiance is stunning, but the food is the true centerpiece. Every dish is unique and stellar, showcasing incredible precision, the freshest ingredients, and an artistic flair that elevates classic techniques. It's clear the chefs are not just cooking; they are creating culinary art. We particularly recommend [mention a dish type like the sushi, tempura, or teppanyaki]—it was unforgettable. A truly world-class experience from start to finish.

Food quality is on point. Serving sizes are really tiny though. You should expect to spend $100 to $200 per person if you want a regular sized meal. Warning...don't wear a baseball cap... this place will enforce a dress code because how dare you cover that bald head of yours. Lol. Thats minor, but it does come accross as snobby and they don't care treating you like trash...even though we are the customers paying for food amd service regardless of wearing a hat or not. Possibly turning away business or having that friction point up front, could actually hurt the waitstaff tips, sales, ans prevent people from returning. We certainly did NOT feel welcome here.

I had high hopes for this restaurant because of the Wynn but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Upon arriving staff seem to be not the most pleasant. If you’re arriving at a top-notch hotel, where they are supposed to be incredible restaurants to mimic it. You would think that upon arriving at a restaurant such as this and hotel that the service would be impeccable. it seemed like once we sat down, the servers were in a rush to come back-and-forth to our table to have us place our order. Food didn’t seem fresh. The seafood didn’t seem fresh and there was a sushi roll that had really hard rice on it. It was so hard that it wasn’t even chewable if that makes sense but the rice on the roll to me seems like it was extremely undercooked and whatever flash fry they had to do or achieve was not it. The drinks were pretty good, but I don’t wanna come to an ambience or an establishment such as this to just get drinks. Of course the views would’ve been great if the seating was a little better, but needless to say if you’re at the Wynn and you are booking a reservation in such a high end establishment that you’re in high hopes of thinking that you’re going to receive the best of quality of foods. It was extremely disappointing to say the lease. I absolutely love the Wynn when I come to town and stay, but I really do think that this restaurant needs help with their Food and to be quite honest the servers could be better with personalities. Everyone was just dry and bland sparked up no type of conversation whatsoever as stated before it just seemed very rushed.
