It has been a while since I have given a restaurant 5 starts across the board but this one truly deserves them. The ambiance when you walk through the foyer to the dining room transports you to a beautiful Asian influenced nature garden with wood tables and chairs and a quiet elegance. The service is very knowledgeable and professional as one would expect from fine dining. I was very impressed with the depth and breadth of their sake offerings so far from Japan. The cuisine was creative and perfectly executed so the flavors that were intended are those your palette enjoyed. Every dish was artistic and perfectly balanced. The highlights we enjoyed were the Japanese snapper carpaccio, tuna served atop crispy rice and my favorite bite of the night was the beef with uni and caviar. The yuzu souffle was a light touch to a great dinner. We will definitely add this to our list to return to every time we come to town. Thank you for a delightful evening.

First of all, the waiter was super nice. I gave 4 star to service because of the hostess. We had reservation, but the restaurant was busy, no table available upon arrival. I asked how long, she told me 5-10 minutes. She said she would informed us if the wait was longer. We were waiting much longer than that. I understood they were busy, just need an accurate time. Food was below expectation as well. Their ad was too good.

Truly, if I could, I would give zero stars. We stayed at the Wynn and booked the dinner to celebrate our engagement. We were sat 20 minutes after our reservation with no apology or explanation. Then, we were sat at a not-ready table. There were no napkins and bussers awkwardly had to get us some. The waitress CLEARLY did not care about our table and was inattentive. She took the menus after one drink and did not return until we ended the check. She provided no recommendations and did not ask us for second drinks. The food was fine. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and were told by the food runner it came with rice. He never returned with it … We also had a lovely view of the manager’s backside as he talked to a table for 45 minutes. Truly reinforced the idea that if you are not a high-rolled, you will get the bare minimum service. It’s such a contrast and disappointment compared to other Wynn restaurants. Wing Lei is leaps and bounds above!

We made a reservation a week in advance and at no point was it mentioned that the restaurant has a “no babies” policy. When we arrived with our 8-month-old baby, we were told we could not enter, despite having a confirmed reservation. This was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially since we came specifically for our booking. If such a policy exists, it should be clearly disclosed during the reservation process, so guests can make an informed decision ahead of time and not be turned away at the door. If the restaurant wishes to maintain a “no babies” policy, the least it could do is consider the other side and allow specific time windows where families with infants are welcome, instead of applying a blanket restriction without flexibility.

Way overpriced for the quality of food and service. Your better of at Benihana. Fried rice is soggy and mushy, dumplings had a nice crisp on them with a foul old meat taste on the inside. They also lied to us when we came in saying that we could order whatever we wanted at the bar including teppenyaki. Not true at all and we gave up a reservation because we didn’t want to sit with a bunch of people. Now we have limited crappy options after they lied to us. DO NOT COME HERE. Also, I’m a chef in the Borgata in NJ, I know the deal. Stay away
