  This is a horrible location to come to at 5:00 a.m. in the morning. I put in a mobile order and I got an alert that it was ready. When I got to the sign the lady on the microphone couldn't speak any english, so after three times of trying to repeat the name to her I just pulled up to the window. I was parked there for a long time with my gas burning. So I physically got out of the car and knocked on the window. None of them could speak any English and I could visibly see them eating. They then had me park in the front. I asked them why they sent me an alert that the order was ready if it wasn't and again they could not speak any english. No habla. Upon pulling up to park there was another car also there waiting. Avoid this location for mobile orders if you don't want to pick up fake alerts telling you that it's ready when it's not, or struggle with non-english speaking employees. That are stuffing their faces with food instead of working.

  I stopped by this location this morning because I was craving a sausage & cheese McGriddle, a hash brown, and a coffee. When I arrived, I was able to order right away, and there were only two cars in front of me, which was great. I placed my order, paid, and was asked to pull up to spot #2 because they were waiting on hash browns. I said okay and specifically asked them to please include ketchup. At that point, this was already making me run late or cut it very close. Once I drove off, I realized there was no ketchup in the bag. It may seem small, but it completely ruined my breakfast. This was something I was really looking forward to, especially since it was my cheat meal, and I specifically wanted ketchup for my hash brown. My advice to employees (or honestly any drive-thru): it doesn’t hurt to throw at least two ketchup packets in the bag “just in case,” especially when you make customers park and wait. That small detail makes a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me upset and disappointed. Hoy en la mañana pasé por esta sucursal porque tenía antojo de un McGriddle de salchicha con queso, una hash brown y café. Cuando llegué, pude ordenar de inmediato y solo había dos carros frente a mí, lo cual fue muy bueno. Hice mi pedido, pagué y me pidieron moverme al espacio #2 porque estaban esperando las hash browns. Les dije que estaba bien y pedí específicamente ketchup. Para ese punto, ya iba un poco tarde o muy justo de tiempo. Cuando me fui, me di cuenta de que no había ketchup en la bolsa. Puede parecer algo pequeño, pero arruinó completamente mi desayuno. Era algo que estaba esperando con muchas ganas, especialmente porque era mi cheat meal, y quería el ketchup para la hash brown.
