  If\nYou're gonna force us to use the kiosk.Please make them usable, set there for 5 minutes.Tapping , tapping and tapping , and no one came to help.

  Got to meet Tyani today and man let me tell you, best customer service ever. I come there a lot and every time I see her, she’s running back and fourth working so hard and always with a smile on her face. Just love it, I’ll definitely be back to this location. She deserves 10 stars. Thank you Tyani for the great service, really needed that today.

  First of all, I was in line in the drive-through three other cars that came after me were helped. I was never helped until I started yelling into the speaker. Second of all they couldn’t provide me a receipt which really pissed me off because I belong to fetch and because you guys didn’t have any paper too lazy and too cheap to put paper in your register. I’m out 25 points for fetch. And then to top it off the burger was cold and the fries were cold and everything was gross and I’ll never come back to this location again Of course, I have no proof that I was even there because you guys couldn’t provide A receipt I know you don’t care if you did I would’ve had a receipt because you would’ve cared enough to put the paper in when it ran out and my fries wouldn’t be ice cold because you would’ve cared enough to give me hot fries at least warm as well as well Burger that you didn’t care that you gave me.. Update so McDonald’s responded to my reply, giving me a link to open I guess to report my one star rating. When you go on that link And you try to complain they want you to give them a complaint number which I never received And they also want the receipt number which I never got the receipt so them sending me a link is just another slap in the face because it’s just as unhelpful as the burger and fries were 🤮 !!!!!!! I will never go to THIS McDonald’s again!!!
