    What a soulless hellhole of a restaurant. Specifically this franchise. They will do anything to not actually interact with a human. McDonald’s should not allow this style of franchise. If you want to order at a kiosk and then have your food thrown at you, this is your place.

    Been in vegas 5 years and everytime I use this drive thru it takes a minimum 25 to 30 minutes to get food.. never gonna try again

    I did an online order and picked up through the drive-thru so it was a quick run the food was not warm I hadn't eaten at a McDonald's and almost 20 years and it'll probably be that long before I do again

    This is the worst location. Everything is always cold. The fries are not fresh. The food tastes like it's been left out. I would no recommend anyone to eat at this location. Everytime we order they either mess up the order or the food is cold. I don't know if the workers don't care or management. It's sad because they are so close to my house. I would rather get my food from lakemead and buffalo location.

    KELLY-MANAGER. This mcds, was very pleasant and the serviceable her crew provided this early morning was excellent. The food was delicious and hot. The way she was taking the order, was professional. And the gentleman handing out our order was very curious to our needs. Thank you and the grill team for making our order this morning. Fast, curtious, fresh with a smile 😃. These guys deserve a raise or promotion. Thank you again Mcds. P.S. it was early morning hours, and switch-over to B-Fast. So thank you once more MCDS. And Kelly and your Crew.
