- ECErik ChavezJan 13, 20261.0This Mcdonalds is close to my house, a 2 min drive if anything. Wait time is about 25 mins especially after 10pm. This franchise is one of the WORST in Las Vegas. Ive lived here for a year and have seen more employees come and go then anywhere else. I believe the problem seem to be internal as everytime they finally get a good staff they end up quiting and this establishment just goes back to the samething. 1. 5+ minute wait just to order food Even if you use the app. 2. Food is always cold 3. Small orders are pushed to the front to wait. 4. The drive thru nor parking lot is designed to have cars waiting. There are cases where cars are trapped because there are cars ahead waiting for food. Ive had personal experinces from getting cold fish to having to wait 30 mins parked up front for some chicken tenders. The only reason I didnt leave was because I had already spent my money. The only reason id continue to go back is because it was close by but honestly this Mcdonalds would be better off replaced with something else or atleast better training and managment.
