I waited over 5 minutes for my coke and only got it after I asked the employee that brought out orders for 2 cars that parked after me. He did not even know I was waiting on a coke. Horrible service.

I did have one incident where a staff snapped back saying that they won't correct it until I showed them the manager's email. Orders generally are ready very quickly. When I do order pickup most of the staff I've interacted with are friendly.

Then at 10:31am an email shows up at the top of my screen that my order was cancelled, I’m assuming due to the time. So I went in & calmly explained what happened, it’s still 10:31am & show the time stamp on my order on my phone & they said they can’t serve any more breakfast. If this is the case, they shouldn’t allow you to place an order for breakfast after 10:20am or 10:25am.
