Went last night around 6pm. Kid in the window was super distracted laughing with his coworkers. We only bought 2 coffees. Shouldn’t be that hard to handle. What’s the point of them asking for cream and sugar if they won’t put it. We left and realized they gave us black coffee. At least they could’ve give it on the side…

Sunday the 12th of October I went into this McDonald's about 8:15 am. I stood there for 15 minutes. A worker walked by me, another worker walked by me, and then two walk by me. Never once acknowledging me. I am an older woman, and I don't know how to use the kiosk. I have McDonald's Points and they expire all the time because I do not know how to redeem them. I just wanted to ask the question and get some help. Needless to say I just left. Very disappointing.

Service was not very good. If you had to pay at the counter, they couldn't/wouldn't give a receipt..the cashier acted like she couldn't be bothered, and it was an inconvenience when I asked for a receipt, which I never received. And then waited 13 min for my order. The food was cold. I will never go to this location again.
