- AAaJoshNamedLeeDec 25, 20251.0I ordered at a kiosk. The kiosk did not have paper. I put the number like the kiosk indicated, and waited for at least 20 minutes for a coffee. After waiting for 20 minutes, I respectfully asked the cashier for an update on my coffee and to my surprise they knew nothing about my order the cashier asked if I had a receipt at first then as though he realized that the kiosk did not have paper to print receipts and that I was holding a plastic number indicator he proceeded to ask for what size coffee I ordered, but because there was no paper in their kiosk to show what size I had, I struggled to explain to them that I only ordered a regular coffee, obviously not knowing what sizes they have, least to say the cashier was very condescending of the fact that I did not know the sizes they have raising his hand in an upward gesture. I told him “ I don’t know. I just ordered the smallest size” He begrudgingly gave me my order and I cordially greeted him merry Christmas. I gave them no attitude to deserve this disrespect. I waited patiently for an extended period of time just be treated with condescension. it was a generally frustrating experience on Christmas Day.

They were short staffed when I went and left my order sitting behind the register instead of bringing it to our table because they were more preoccupied with the drive thru. I had to say something before the lady handed us the tray that had been sitting there for 10 min. I thought maybe it needed 1 more item, but nope....everything was there.
