On the afternoon of 2/10, around 1:30–2:00 p.m., I went to McDonald’s as usual. I placed my order and everything was fine. When I asked for my order to go, I was leaving with my hands full and, without realizing it, I dropped my receipt. A manager named Joseline spoke to me in a rude and commanding manner and said, “You dropped your receipt, aren’t you going to pick it up?” I do not believe this is the correct way to treat a customer. In this country, the customer should be treated with respect, especially when there was no reason to speak to me in that way. I respectfully ask that you review this manager’s behavior toward customers. I would appreciate it if you would take my opinion into consideration and take appropriate action.

It’s a nuisance to have to keep asking for things like ketchup and napkins at the counter. Dined in last night. Everything was made fresh, I can’t remember the last time I had such tasty McDonald’s. I hope I get the same staff next time around

NEGATIVE REVIEW IS ON MANAGER ON DUTY, NOT JONATHAN. JONATHAN WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE. After waiting in lobby line for about 15 minutes, when Jonathan got to me I asked to see a pack of Grinch socks (I know what I'm looking for and it's the ONLY reason I came). The pack he showed me was the one I wanted, so I decided to purchase the Grinch Meal. I asked him to please make sure that pack was in my box. Perfect. Jonathan did everything right. Great customer service. After another 5-10 min wait, I received my box and left. Something told me to check the socks. I checked and they were a different pack. I go back in and let Jonathan know it was not the pack he showed me and when he went to find mine, the "manager" who was spending her time hanging balloons above the lobby soda machine at 11:30am on 12/4 told him they could not be switched. I'm not asking for them to be switched; I'm asking for the pack I was shown BEFORE purchase. Your MOD does not even approach me, barely acknowledges me, but instead stays where she's standing, turns her head and yells to me "NO CHANGIE!" I tell her that I asked to see them before I bought them and it's the only reason I bought the meal and that if that's the case then I'll just do a refund because I'm not even interested in the meal. Is that not why McDonald's is doing this promotion, to bring people in that otherwise do not come to McDonald's?? She then continued only speaking Spanish to Jonathan (and NOT directly speaking to me like a MANAGER should) and telling him he could give me the other pack this one time, but never again in the future. ??? I ONLY BOUGHT THE MEAL AFTER DECIDING I NEEDED THIS ONE PACK. She's obviously not understanding this, doesn't care, or is just so consumed with weirdly gatekeeping these Grinch socks that she's willing to receive a bad review over it. In customer service, that's just a power trip and I can't even imagine how or why this woman was ever promoted in the first place. Jonathan is better at guest service, urgency, and professionalism than her. I wouldn't put it past her switching them out when she saw me ask Jonathan to see the pack before I purchased. She seems like a spiteful person.
