Guy taking the order said not to worry as they had just made some. It took a while to get to the pickup window and they still asked me to wait an extra 5 minutes. Finally got the fries and they were indeed old and cold. Smh.

In the drive thru its about 15 to 20 min minimum most days . Or any given day rather which is ridiculous. They need reinforcements at this location like 6 months ago fr. The place broken down,franchise ,privately owned idc and I don't want to know, yall need to fix it. Audit everything.
