Come to this Mcds placed a large order 30 meals, I was amazed on how efficiently they made the order on top of a full dining room and drive thru. They have an excellent team the leader kept her self cool and collected. They were all exceptional 👏. I am very happy with the service and staff here

I go here because it’s convenient for me. It’s right around the corner from me, and sometimes they provide good service and sell quality food. But recently, they’ve been uncaring, parking me just to bring out food that is not cooked freshly. They also care more about their times in the drive-thru so much that the people who come in to dine in have to wait for their order. I normally wouldn’t complain, but this is the second day where they didn’t give me what I paid for.

The worst experience ever at McDonald’s.
The cashier clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I used my rewards card, but none of the eligible items applied. The drive-thru service was terrible — it took more than 10 minutes to get my order. When they finally handed me my food, both the 10-piece and 4-piece chicken nuggets were missing. The supervisor kept insisting that my order didn’t include nuggets until I showed her my receipt to prove it.
When I got home, I realized the small fries were missing too. On top of that, my food was cold, and my hamburger had no lettuce — it was just a plain, tasteless sandwich. Halloween is a busy day, and I understand that, but it’s unacceptable not to have efficient employees or proper supervision. If the supervisor doesn’t know what she’s doing, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff doesn’t either.
I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over 30 years, and it’s truly disappointing to see how the service keeps getting worse. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I really miss the quality and care the company used to have when the corporation was in charge.

Difficult parking lot. Our kids meals were both missing the cheese ($2 extra), and the 2nd side ($2?), ordered through the app. Submitted complaint and got an email thanking me for bringing it to their attention. They should thank me for the $4 they "forgot".
