3:51 am and I can't order. Said I need to wait for the system to update for breakfast. What a joke this chain has become. Half the time I pull away without food. Just go anywhere else at this point. Not even any value to be had. They charge high prices and still provide bottom level service.

Always a long line. Open late but is it worth it? Not really. Carl's Jr is best for fast food.

Food had very poor quality. Seems as though it sat out for awhile which is strange because they switched from breakfast to lunch at 11 and I arrived at 11. Ordered a large fry and it was about a small once I sat the fry box upright. Old/cold burger and same for the chicken nuggets. The fry’s had some type of debris all over them looked like left over crumbs or just got cooked in dirty oil not sure

I waited forever for my order. They gave me the wrong sandwich, no receipt and no Monopoly pieces. It's beyond ridiculous that they don't keep one person to run the front.
I can't complain on the app because I can't find this store's number without the receipt.
Thank you for ruining my Sunday...smh

I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s unless you enjoy being treated poorly and receiving incorrect orders. Although this location is closest to my home, I’ve decided to start going to the one on Flamingo and Grand Canyon instead—it’s a night-and-day difference in both service and attitude.
Every weekday morning before dropping my kids off at Safekey, I stop for breakfast. My daughters always order the same thing: hotcakes and sausage, with the sausage substituted for bacon. I’ve ordered the same two meals for months without issue—until recently.
Yesterday, the person taking my order only entered one meal. When I pointed this out at the window, the employees began arguing with each other while ignoring me for several minutes. Eventually, they let me pay for the second meal and handed it over. I then mentioned that my coffee was missing, and the woman helping me insisted I’d already been given it—despite the fact that my large coffee, clearly labeled with my order number, was sitting right in front of her. She handed it to me with visible attitude and no apology.
This morning, when I went back, I was suddenly told they “can’t substitute bacon for sausage anymore.” I left and went to the Flamingo and Grand Canyon location instead—where they had no problem making the same substitution.
This location has repeatedly shown poor customer service, constant mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability. Punishing customers for staff errors is no way to run a business. They’ve lost my business and my family’s for good. If you want your order right and to be treated respectfully, go to the McDonald’s on Flamingo and Grand Canyon instead.
