    Honestly, just want to congratulate Alan. I am a door dasher and happened to arrived during one of the busiest times. Despite it being his first day at this location, he was absolutely killing it!

    I have came to this McDonalds multiple times and each time the service gets worse. First the lady gave me the wrong food and basically threw it out the window at me and walked away, when I informed her that it was not my food she got an attitude and asked what I ordered. I let her know a breakfast sandwich meal with a coffee, she walked away again then gave me the bag with the coffee and it didnt even have the hash brown. Instead of dealing with her sour self, I just left.

    I waited 17 minutes after placing a 7 dollar 39 cent meal. And nobody acknowledged me or asked if i been helped. The kiosk is no good. Online orders and door dash were getting what they want. Poor customer service. I was right there front and center by myself and nobody asked can i help you or have you been helped. Heavy set hispanic with glasses doesnt lo9k around and help anybody. 5hen he asks after the fact. Oh do you still want it. They made the mistake. I took off wake up

    Worse experience ever. Am been at this place 4 times, I have order different meals and drinks, and they have not match a single one. Orders came the way they want it and not how or even what I order. Today Sunday at 3 pm wait in the drive true for 15 minutes for a coffee. Is the picture a cappuccino?
