I usually frequent this mcdonalds and they are always forgetting items in our order. We waited a long time to receive our order and they forgot to give us half of it. This time we called to see if we can get the items replaced and manager on duty told us they are too busy and can’t help us, hanging up shortly after. Very unprofessional.

Management needs to reevaluate this team. Time after time I say to myself, "I just caught someone on their bad day." But everyday same morning shift crew?!!Wanted to treat my staff to cookies and said yes they have. Within 20secs the cashier explained that they don't serve at this time. I asked what time will they start to serve, she then says oh wait we do. I politely asked to add the cookies to my order. I proceed to the next window, asked if my order was with cookies she rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue and said wait. Next window, I asked for a cup caddy. Last week they explained they didn't unload the truck. Today they said they don't have any?!

Rude drive thru employees!!! Rush you at the intercom and then when you forget to order a WATER and try to ask for one at the window they tell you have to go through the drive thru again, to order a water!!!

Again order was incorrect even tho the ticket stuck to food was correct. So hard to continue to go to a place that can’t get the order right. This happen very often. No meal for son because the order was wrong. I guess my fault for not A thoroughly checking it before I pulled out of the drive-through and continued on my way. I should have to waste more time because they couldn’t do their job and I paid for food that we didn’t eat.
