  Haven't been to this McDonald's in probably over 5 years since I worked in the area. Wow has it gone downhill when I walked in about 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night it was like a unhoused encampment in the guest seating area. Bags everywhere people just sitting around. The restaurant is absolutely disgusting inside and out. Windows, booths, tables, floors completely filthy. Bathroom disgusting even though it has locks on the door most the unhoused know the code and let customers in as customer service from the employees are almost non-existent. I would recommend finding another location if you really hankering from McDonald's.

  Some of the managers are rude. The food isn't good at all. I went to get a refund after finding all of my order wasn't and the manager had an attitude just like when I came to pick up my order.

  Great location. Fast and friendly service. The handsome young manager on duty went out of his way to get me my order quickly. Great music btw.

  If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Which is sad for a McDonald's. The management at night and crew are completely unprofessional. They kept scanning my code and it showed my code went through however before we could remedy the problem they decided they didn't want to serve me anymore because the line was getting long and became combative to the point that I was baffled and just decided to leave. The heavy set African American woman specifically (who claimed to be the manager) should be fired she was horrible and I wouldn't even hire her as a crew member with how unprofessional she is. I contacted corporate and look forward to action. If you are wondering why there are 5 star reviews at all, it's because clearly the morning shift is pulling all the weight at this location. I would rather drive out of my way thentno ever deal with people like that again. I hope they have it recorded on their videos for when corporate investigates. It's pretty sad and i bet you anything this is a franchise location. I would put money on it! If the owner reads this I hope they are smart enough to fix things before it's too late. I would be horrified to find out this is how my franchise was being run. How hard is it to deliver good customer service and fix problems? This is a basic and this location seems to have forgotten about the basics.
